  • Know some ways to troubleshoot issues with enrolling on the ReachMoreParents app

In order to login to your ReachMoreParents account and gain access to key information about your child and their school, you will firstly need an enrolment code. The enrolment code is sent to you from your child's school and will be sent either by email, SMS or letter. If you haven't received an enrolment code, please speak to your child's school directly so they can issue one for you.

Enrolment tips:

If you are struggling to gain access to your account and you already have an enrolment code, there could be several reasons for this. Below, you will find a few things you can try to help you enrol on the ReachMoreParents app.

  • The enrolment code can only be used once and looks like xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-x with a mixture of letters and numbers. 

  • Take care if copying the code from an email or SMS message that you don't copy any spaces and only have the characters.

  • If the code doesn't work, check there are 3 sets of 4 characters with no spaces.

  • If the code has been previously accepted, or if you have previously logged in, the code cannot be used again. Please reset your password and try logging in.

  • If you already have the ReachMoreParents app for a different school and the enrolment code that you have been provided is for an additional school, you will need to connect both schools by following this guide.

  • Once the enrolment code is accepted, you will receive either an SMS or email to verify your details. Complete the enrolment process by following any links provided then return to the app and log in with your username (your email address) and the password you have just set.
