How to Apply UIFSM Status to Reception/EYFS Pupils
When new Reception pupils are enrolled at your school in the new Autumn term, you will need to manually apply the UIFSM status for all pupils within the year group in ReachMoreParents. Once the UIFSM status has been applied, it will remain in place until you manually remove it and therefore, there should be no need to repeat this process when this cohort start in Year 1 or 2. 4) Ensure the ‘SET FSM & UIFSM STATUS’ tab is open (this should be open by default when 'FSM/UIFSM Options' is clicked).

5) Select the relevant year groups from the 'Select Groups' drop-down. This will usually be Reception/EYFS but if you have started using Meal Manager part way through the school year, this may also include Year 1 and Year 2.

6) Click ‘Submit’.

7) Tick the box at the very top of the list of pupils to select all.

8) Click the ‘Actions’ button to the top right of the table and select ‘Apply UIFSM Status’.
