(PEMS) Summary of automatic notification types for an event

Within the Parents Event Management System (PEMS) provided by ReachMoreParents, we've kept our key ethos of reaching more parents at the centre of the product by automating the communications with your parents so you don't have to manage this manually.

We have thought of the four key stages of a Parent event for which you'd like to communicate with your parents and created an automated notification for each of those stages of the event:

Booking Window Due to Open

You've set a booking window start date and time when creating your Parent Event and this notification type will handle letting the parents know this window is due to open in two days time so they can be ready to get those bookings sorted as soon as possible.

Booking Window Due to Close

You've set a booking window end date and time when creating your Parent Event and this notification type will send a message to all parents the day before this booking window close date / time is reached; letting them know automatically to get those last appointments booked or edited before it's too late.

Booking Reminder

Your Parent Event booking window is due to close and you have parents who haven't booked any appointments; this notification type will automatically message those parents on the date(s) and time(s) you define using this customisable notification type.

Attendance Reminder

This automated notification type makes sure that there's no opportunity for parents to forget their bookings. Any parents who have appointments booked for your Parent Event will receive a reminder of their appointments at 12:00 the day prior to the event.

The message body will clearly display all their booked appointments, who those appointments are with and what times those appointments are booked for.
