Meal Manager Without Payments

What's new?

You can now order meals without the requirement of payments in our meals ordering system; Meal Manager. Parents can follow the instructions found here to order meals without being required to pay via the ReachMoreParents app.

Why add this feature?

Previously, parents would be required to have a Meal Order Purse set up via our Payment Provider sQuid to be able to order school meals. This new version of Meal Manager allows parents to choose what their child will eat at school without this purse. This allows us to provide a meal ordering solution to schools even if they fall under one of these two categories:

  • Payment for meals is taken via a separate payment system.
  • The school does not charge for school meals at all.
