Link in Forms Notification

Dear Customer,

 

Thank you for your patience regarding the issue with the link in our Forms notification not working correctly. We have updated the message to inform parents of a temporary workaround: they can select their child within the app and then go to the Forms section directly.

I’m writing to let you know that our team is actively working on a permanent fix for this issue, and we expect it to be fully resolved from October 10th.

 

We understand the inconvenience this may have caused, and we want to reassure you that resolving this issue is a top priority for us.
