How to Apply a Message Template
This guide will help you to apply any message templates that have been created by you or shared with you by another staff user.

1) Log in to ReachMoreParents.

2) Click the 'Messages' icon.

3) Click the speech bubble icon to create a new message.

4) Start typing the name of the recipient user or group in the 'To' field. Once the name of the user/group appears in the drop-down, select it. The click either 'Parimary Carers' or 'All Carers'

5) Click the 'Use Message Template' drop-down and select the message template you would like to apply.

6) Scroll down and click 'Send.'
