Free School Meals (FSM) – Meal Manager
Applies only to schools using the Meal Manager module, for both Wonde and SIMS MIS setups

Setup note:
Applies only to schools using the Meal Manager module.
FSM data will not be imported for schools that do not use Meal Manager.
FAQs
SEND Codes – PEMS and Automated Groups
Applies to Wonde schools only - this update brings Wonde schools in line with SIMS schools, which already have this functionality.
SEND codes (E and K) will now be pulled directly from your MIS into ReachMoreParents, provided the sync is enabled in both Wonde and within ReachMoreParents.
Once enabled, SEND codes will:
- Display directly against each pupil’s SEND record in ReachMoreParents.
- Be available within PEMS (Parents Evening Management System) to support event creation and appointment booking.
- Populate SEND Automated Groups, helping schools target messages, notices, and content directly to parents of SEND pupils.
Benefit for schools
This enhancement reduces manual input, keeps data accurate, and ensures SEND codes (E and K) in ReachMoreParents always match your MIS records.
Setup guidance
To enable this feature:
- Schools must first enable the “Student SEN Read” permission in Wonde.
- Follow guidance (to be released shortly after the update) on how to configure the MIS syncs within ReachMoreParents.

Primary Carer Logic – iSAMS via Wonde
Applies to iSAMS schools only
Any parent or carer with “Parental Responsibility” ticked in iSAMS will now automatically be treated as a Primary Carer in ReachMoreParents.
This ensures messages to “Primary Carers” always reach at least one parent or carer with parental responsibility.
Once live, both the Primary Carer(s) and All Carers checkbox options will send messages to the same group of parental contacts.

FAQs
Which schools does this apply to?
This change applies to iSAMS schools only.
What’s changing?
Any parent or carer with “Parental Responsibility” ticked in iSAMS will now automatically be treated as a Primary Carer in ReachMoreParents.
Why is this important?
This change resolves a limitation within iSAMS, which does not include a dedicated “Primary Carer” field. Instead, iSAMS assigns an order based on when parents are added to the system, and shared parental records do not include an order at all.
As a result, some pupils previously had no designated primary contact, which could prevent messages from being delivered.
The new logic ensures that messages to “Primary Carers” in ReachMoreParents will always reach at least one parent or carer with parental responsibility, removing this inconsistency.
Bug fixes
PEMS - Deleting last teacher break
There was an issue where the last teacher break on a PEMS event could not be removed. A fix has been applied so that all teacher breaks can be removed from a PEMS event.
PEMS - Teacher Schedules (Individual) export missing teachers
We have fixed an issue where teacher were missing from the PEMS Teacher Schedules export. The behaviour was caused by pagination limiting the system from capturing the full list of teachers on the event. This is now corrected and the full list of teacher is included in the Teacher Schedule export.
PEMS - New error message when End Time of Teacher Break is equal to Start Time of Teacher Break
We have improved the messaging in PEMS when the end time of a teacher break is equal to the start time so that an inline message is displayed stating: 'End time should be after start time'.
PEMS - Parent/Carers duplicating
We have fixed a bug that was causing duplication of Parent/Carers in the Teacher Schedules report when adding appointments in PEMS. This is now resolved and options are displayed only once.
PEMS - Messages are not sent from the Attendance Tracker report
We resolved an issue where messages were not being sent from the Attendance Recording Tracker report in PEMS. Messages are now sent as expected.
PEMS - Recurrence of Multi Day Event "Apply to all Dates" bug
We have improved the user experience when using the 'Apply to all dates' in PEMS to prompt the user to configure any event dates that are added to an existing event.
PEMS - Subject Classes aren't in Alphanumerical Order of Title
The subject classes in PEMS were previously not displayed in alphanumerical order. This issue has been resolved.
Disable 'Remove 2FA' option
Where a user has not enabled 2FA on their account, we have now disabled the 'Remove 2FA' option since it it redundant.
Admissions Sync not running automatically
We have fixed a bug where admissions syncs for Wonde schools were not running automatically overnight. This is now resolved and the admission sync is being scheduled and runs overnight successfully.
MAT Dashboard engagement scores graph is not filling the space
We have resolved a cosmetic issue to ensure that the MAT dashboard engagement scores graph fills the allocated space.
Action Menu inaccessible on Role Message Permissions
During the Infrastructure Regression Testing period, we identified an alignment issue with the Action Menu in the Role Messaging Overview screen, this has been resolved.
Alignment issue on Form responses screen
There was an alignment issue on the Forms Recipients and Forms Responses screen where the Select User check box wasn't oriented to the left as it should be. This has been resolved.
Group filtering when searching for Automated groups not working
There was an issue where some of the elements for filtering Automated groups were not clickable following our infrastructure updates. This is now resolved.
Forms unable to be submitted to MIS (SIMS School)
There was an error when trying to Submit a Form to the MIS System's Communications Log for a pupil. This button now correctly triggers an MIS Write Back task as it should.
