(PEMS) How to change the appointment duration of an Event as an Admin
Where you have created a Parents Event, you may have decided to amend the duration of the appointments as you need them to be a little shorter (or longer) to accommodate the expected duration to cover the topics by teachers.
In this article, we will be covering how to amend the duration of the appointments for a Parent Event.
Firstly, you need to access PEMS as an Admin:
1) Log in to ReachMoreParents.

2) Click on the Parent Meetings icon

From this point, you will need to carry out the below steps:
Section A - If your event is already published and has bookings
If your event is in drafts, please skip to Section B
1) If your event has been published, you will first need to move it to drafts. Click on the event name and then select the Green 'Move to Draft' button in the bottom right of the event tile.

2) Once you have moved the event click on the event name again in the drafts section and then click the bin icon to delete previously booked appointments.

3) Select 'Cancel all appointments for the event', select 'Other' as your reason and then type in the reason in the text box. Finally, click on the image of the person with a cross at the bottom.

4) Back on the main event page, now click on the 'Edit Event' icon

5) Click on the "Appointment duration" selector and amend the duration to the new timings (in minutes)

6) Click on "Next" to automatically save your changes and proceed to the "Appointment Booking Settings" page (3rd page) to reset when parents can book their appointments

Section B - If your event is in drafts and has no bookings
1) Click on the event name in the drafts section to open its event tile on the right side of the screen

2) Click on the 'Edit Event' icon

3) Click on the "Appointment duration" selector and amend the duration to the new timings (in minutes). Click next to go onto the next page and save the changes you just made.
