(PEMS) How to cancel all event appointments for a Student as an Admin
When a Parent / Carer needs to suddenly cancel their appointments for their own unforeseen circumstances, the ReachMoreParents PEMS system has a simple way to cancel all those appointments in one swoop for them. In this article, we will detail the steps to take to do this.
Firstly, you need to access PEMS as an Admin:
1) Log in to ReachMoreParents.
2) Click on the Parent Meetings icon
From this point, you will need to carry out the following steps:
3) Click on the "Event Title" where you need to cancel the Parent / Carer bookings
4) Click on the "Delete" button in the Event Summary block
5) Click on the "Cancel all appointments by User" button
6) Click into the "Search" field and type the name of the student whose parent/carer appointments you need to cancel
7) Click on the name you need from the list of results
8) If you need to cancel the appointments for all carers leave the "Carer" selector as "Visible to all carers"
OR click on the "Carer" selector and choose the Parent / Carer whose appointments you need to cancel
9) Click on the "Reason" selector and choose from one of the reasons in the list "The parent/carer is no longer able to attend the event" or "Other" * If you choose "Other" you will need to define the other reason text
10) Click on "Cancel all appointments by user"
