(PEMS) How to add an appointment for a Teacher as an Admin

As an administrator for a PEMS event, there may arise a need to create an appointment for a Teacher on behalf of a Parent/Carer. In this article, we will detail the steps to take to book an appointment  for a single teacher on behalf of a Parent/Carer.

 

Firstly, you need to access PEMS as an Admin:

1) Log in to ReachMoreParents.

2) Click on the Parent Meetings icon

 

From this point, you will need to carry out the below steps:

 

3) Click on the Event Title where you need to add these appointments

4) Click on "Teacher schedules" from the Event Summary block

5) Click on the "Search for a teacher" field and type the name of the teacher you need to book an appointment for

6) Click on the "View full appointment information" eye icon on the resulting teacher row

7) Click on the "+" icon to add an appointment to a time slot for the teacher

8) Click into the Student search and type the name of the Student

9) Click on the correct student from the results

10) Click on the "Carer" selector to see the Parent/Carers you can create the appointment for

11) Choose either "Visible to all carers" or select the Parent/Carer who the appointment is specifically for

12) Click on the Subject selector and choose the subject the appointment is being booked for (only applicable if the teacher has more than one subject. We auto select the subject if it's their only subject)

13) Click on the "Teacher notes" field and provide any notes that the teacher solely needs to be able to see

14) Click on "Save" to complete the appointment creation
