(PEMS) How to add a new appointment for a Student as an Admin

As an admin, if you have been asked to book an appointment for a student's Parent/Carer, to do so in PEMS by ReachMoreParents is really easy. In this article, we will go through the steps to create the appointment for a specific Student.

Firstly, you need to access PEMS as an Admin:

1) Log in to ReachMoreParents.

2) Click on the Parent Meetings icon

 

From this point, you will need to carry out the below steps:

 

3) Click on the Event Title where you need to add these appointments

4) Click on "Add / Edit Appointment" from the Event Summary block

5) Click on the "Student" field and type the name of the Student you need to book the appointment for

6) Click on the correct Student from the search results

7) Click on the "+" in the right appointment time slot to "Add Appointment"

8) Click on the "Who can see these appointments" selector and make the appointment "Visible to all carers" or choose the Parent/Carer who the appointment should be made for

9) Click on the correct teacher from the "Available teachers" section

10) The appointment will now display in the selected time slot for that Student and Teacher
