How to Send an Action Message

Action messages are a great way to gather responses from parents quickly and efficiently. For both the parent providing the response and the staff collecting these responses, the effort required is minimal.

There are three types of responses you can ask your parents to provide when sending an action message:

Acknowledgement: To ask parents to acknowledge something important

Authorisation: To gain basic consent from parents for an event or activity

Invitation: To ask parents to confirm their attendance to an event or meeting
