Follow-Up Activities for Advanced Training: Notices

Below is a list of follow-up activities we would like you to complete following your Notices training. Please choose a few activities, ticking off any content that you have added to your Reach More Parents platform. You may also wish to refer to the suggested content for ideas.

Notices
Create a notice with features such as (please tick):

☐ Adding a notification chain
☐ Attaching a file
☐ Schedule a notice to appear at a later date

You could also (please tick):

☐ Update your list of ‘event types’ and ‘resources’ (if required) from the administration area of your Reach More Parents environment (‘School’ section – ‘Event Types and Resources’)
☐ When adding a new Notice, select an ‘event type’ and ‘resource’ (if relevant)

Suggested content ideas for your Reach More Parents environment

• List important times/dates/information (eg, timings of the school day, a list of important dates and events for each term or half term, catering menus)
• Share important health information/advice (eg, Chicken Pox)
• Updates and reminders (eg, school trips, Parents’ Evening, non-uniform days)
